The mind in the body in the mind

My body is an instrument,
an indicator,
I can read
to tell
where I am
and where I'm going.
If it is still,
then I'm here.
If not, I need only
to notice the motion
to find my way here.
I use my mind
to abandon the mind
before i get here.
Then
floating
all aware
astonished.
The mind is in the body
the body is in the mind.
The body is the mind.
